Rajiv Kumar did his bachelor’s in Law from Law faculty Delhi University in 2003 admitted to the bar in the same year. Rajiv Kumar has also successfully completed various courses including MBA in finance and marketing Punjab Technincal University.

Rajiv Kumar is a Qualified Advocate has specialization various litigation before various fora including High Courts, Supreme Court, Disrtict Consumer forum, State Consumer forum and National Consumer Forum and Tribunals in India, and has also vast experience in Arbiration .

A Campus Law Centre, Delhi University Law graduate, was admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi in 2003. Ms Neetu also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Hons from the prestigious Sri Ram College of Delhi University as well as a PG Degree LLM from Krukshetra University. As part of professional experience Ms. Neetu has seen both the contentious and non-contentious side of legal practice being associated as External ICC Committee Muthoot Group with litigation as well as corporate law firms in the past as well as in vide varitey of litigation like Matrimonial Cases, Disputes and their Counselling, Property matters, Banking matters, Recovery matters etc .

Ms. Neetu has been involved in a variety of assignments and a wide range of practice areas including Information Technology and Data Privacy laws, broadcasting, banking and finance, infrastructure, Real estate, international business transactions, regulatory, business restructuring, insurance, indirect tax, labour and industrial laws, corporate and commercial laws,.

Ms. Neetu regularly advised Information Technology driven businesses and has been instrumental in setting up policies and practices followed by such entities on Data Security & Privacy, Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, distribution and licensing of software to name a few.
